The costs of Title 24 energy calculation reports depends on many factors including the size of the property, the specific function of the report, and whether it is a revision of the report or not. The specific charges on the various reports available are as highlighted below.

How much is the Title 24 Calculation Report

The cost of the Residential Title 24 report is $295 for projects under three thousand square feet. This includes: room additions, remodels, alterations, and new construction.

Large Residential Properties (Over 3000 Square Feet)

For any properties above three thousand square feet, you get to incur a total fixed flat rate of $495. Although, additional fees may occur depending on the size & complexity of the building.

Rush Title 24 Reports

If you are in need of a quicker turnaround time, we also provide rush Title 24 reports at an extra $125 on top of the regular charges stated above, depending on the size of your property.

Address Change Fee

If you are in need change the address of your project after the project has been registered there will be a $50 fee to re-register the report and correct the address.

Guaranteed Approval

You are guaranteed of an updated report perfectly done to pass approval by your local building department and done to meet all the set threshold and guidelines.

Free Revision

If for one reason or another there are recommended plan check corrections and revisions, we assure you of the same, and we will do it free of charge at the earliest convenience. Although if there is a design change there will be a revision fee of $125.
