How much is the Title 24 Calculation Report

he cost of the Residential Title 24 report is $245. The includes: room additions, remodels, alterations, and new construction. Typically, any project over 3,000 s.f. will be a flat fee of $395, Although if the building design is more complex there may be an additional surcharge.

Large Residential Properties (Over 3000 Square Feet)

For any properties above three thousand square feet, you get to incur a total fixed flat rate of $395. On top of it, you will enjoy a faster turnaround time guarantee. Although if the building design is more complex there may be an additional surcharge.

Rush Title 24 Reports

If you are in need of a quicker turnaround time, we also provide rush Title 24 reports at an extra $95 on top of the regular charges stated above, depending on the size of your property.

Free Revision

If for one reason or another there are recommended plan check corrections and revisions, we assure you of the same, and we will do it free of charge at the earliest convenience. Although if there is a design change there will be a revision fee of $95.
